Rear shock absorber brackets W460/W461/W463 – W464-style welding kit left/right

Welding kit for the upper shock absorber mounts of the rear shock absorbers, with a design inspired by the military G-Class W464. This Bruysten Engineering version is intended for use on the W460, W461 and W463 with corresponding chassis mounts.

The opening in the top plate and the larger recess at the end make the inside more accessible for inspection, cleaning and corrosion protection. The mounts are also equipped with mounting points for a rear stabilizer.

Installation

The plate parts must be assembled and welded. Installation to the chassis requires professional welding and correct positioning. After installation, the mounts and welding zones must be protected against corrosion.
